High pressure airflow processing enables unprecedented texture processing and uniform fibrillation, contributing to energy conservation and reducing the drainage treatment.
Specification
Depending on the application, you can choose from three types of CUT-AJ : dry, relax, and full.
The dry specification can be processed in two ways according to the required texture.
(1) Dry kneading : For various types of texture processing, a dry fabric is kneaded under high pressure.
(2) Wet kneading : For various types of texture processing, a wet fabric is kneaded under high pressure.
It is also effectively used to develop new products, such as uniformly fibrillating the fabric surface.
The relax specification is active in various processes such as kneading effect, dying, untwisting/relaxing, and reduction of alkali/enzyme by the liquid circulation function and the chemical application function in the treatment tank.
Processing at the low liquid ratio (1:3～5) also contributes to energy conservation.
The full specification has functions of both dry and relax specification, and all of the above can be processed.
