Cooling and washing are started at the high temperature, high pressure conditions same as the end of dyeing to prevent tank contamination, wrinkles, shorten time, and save water.
By gradually replacing the highest temperature drainage and the washing water through the plate heat exchanger, the liquid in the tank is gradually cooled and replaced with washing water, and finally replaced with fresh warm water.
In our single-flow standard machine (standard capacity : 120~150 kg), when high temperature drainage washing is performed in about 20 minutes from 130℃ to 80℃, the amount of water used is about 3000 liters.
Advantages of the high temperature discharge & rinsing system
- Since the cooling process also functions as a washing, the usual washing process can be reduced.
- In case of the reduction cleaning (RC) process can be omitted, productivity will be improved.
