Cheese dyeing/drying machine

From natural to composite fibers, in the scouring and dyeing of all pre-dyed products such as a cheese, warp beam, top/hank, loose/muff, high productivity is realized, and low liquid ratio dyeing, labor saving, and unmanned operation can be achieved.
In combination with the various incidental facilities, further reproducibility improvement and cost saving can be achieved.
In addition, it is possible to select a wide range of optimal capacities from testing to large capacities, depending on the processing capacity.

In the scouring and dyeing of cheese and warp beams, we have achieved productivity improvement (about half of the conventional cotton reaction dyeing time) and high quality (improved reproducibility, solving internal and external color differences).
In addition, low liquid ratio dyeing, labor saving, and unmanned operation are possible.

Increased air flow and mist separation effect (complete separation of moisture in the air) allow cheese and warp beams to be dried uniformly in a short time.
The double blower structure offers three choices of connected, parallel, and independent operation, and provides high efficiency dehydration and drying.
The effective method can be selected depending on the type of yarn and the winding density,
and also small-volume drying and pair drying is available.

HISAHA's own pair drying (ex : 200kg+50kg, 200kg+100kg, etc.)

  • Individual drying and triple drying are also possible by adopting a gate valve.
