The ASME U Stamp is a standard on pressure vessels determined by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) in the United States.
We received approval from the Nippon Kaiji Kyokai, which performs reviews of quality systems, manufacturing technology, and equipment of businesses that manufacture, repair, or maintain class boats or the materials, instruments, and the like used in class boats.
This is a standard on pressure vessels based on the Industrial Safety and Health Act determined by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
This is a law on pressure vessels based on the High Pressure Gas Safety Act determined by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
This is a law on pressure vessels based on the Electricity Business Act determined by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
The Heat Exchanger Division has acquired ISO9001 certification on its quality management system for all products, including its plate heat exchangers.
The Process Engineering Division can provide pressure vessels to China
as a manufacturer (plant) given permission by the Chinese government.
Acquisition is required when applicable special equipment designed and manufactured in Japan is to be exported or sold to China or installed or used in China. HISAKA has plant certification.
The Process Engineering Division has acquired ISO9001 certification on its quality management system for products such as sterilizers / disinfectors and dyeing and finishing machinery.

The Valve Division uses a process approach to improve the validity of its quality management system and clarifies the processes in the organization, combining this with management to monitor the mutual relationship, thus applying that whole process as a system.
HISAKA has also acquired ISO45001 certification as a company that continuously strives to create a workplace environment
