Chemicals
- Process overview
- The chemical industry is made up of two closely linked industries: the organic chemical industry represented by petro chemistry, and the inorganic chemical industry represented by the soda industry. They manufacture a wide variety of products, and HISAKA heat exchangers are used in their manufacturing processes.
Crystallization
Instead of barometric condenser, where it generates the vacuum and evaporation, the surface condenser is more often seen. An environmentally friendly application, where the vapor does not contact with the cooling water directly, it minimizes cooling water treatment compared to a direct cooling method.
Exhaust Gas
In the desulfurization process for removing sulfur from raw material products, exhaust gas is used to heat and cool the absorbent. The HISAKA SX series, which is specialized for heat recovery applications, is often used in CO2 recovery plants, which have been attracting attention in recent years.
Utility
When seawater is used as cooling media for the chemical plant, the central cooling system is commonly applied. HISAKA heat exchangers are often used as central cooling system.
In the aerobic wasted water treatment system, the temperature must maintain at 40-45°C for bacteria activation. Wasted water surely consists of dirty, fibrous materials or particles. Multi gap model is suitable for adopting in these applications.
