Heating/Cooling System
As evaporators and condensers for refrigeration cycles such as refrigerators and heat pumps, BHE is ideal for increasing the efficiency and compactness of cold heat source equipment. It also reliably and quickly transfers heat from heat source equipment such as steam boilers and hot water boilers to the circulating water of the air conditioner.
Water/Ice Heat Storage
Since an antifreeze liquid (brine) is used on the circulation side of the cold heat source, it is used as a heat exchanger for heat storage, heat dissipation, and daytime chase operation.
Free Cooling
To reduce the cost of refrigerators, cold water from cooling towers can be used in winter. Efficient plate heat exchangers protect refrigerators from contamination in the summer, and shut down refrigerators in winter to reduce power consumption. It is also possible to use seawater as a cooling source.
Hot Water Supply
Since only a small amount of water is used, response to temperature control is excellent, and hot water can be heated accurately and quickly. This is a safe structure that has been highly evaluated in the food industry.
Hot Spring Pools
This equipment is also used to heat schools, community exchange facilities, sports clubs, hotels, super sentos, and heated pools at leisure facilities. It provides a comfortable operating environment with excellent temperature control and corrosion resistance.
Water Temperature Control
This equipment is also used for temperature control in aquariums, where you can enjoy the mysteries of the sea, fish farms that breed fresh fish and fish tanks for the study of marine organisms.
Melting Snow
Multi gap plates use the heat of hot spring water and well water to heat antifreeze (brine) for melting snow on roads (road heating), to heat snow-melting sprinkler water on railway lines, and to circulate and heat the water in the snow melting tank.
Hot Spring Heating/Cooling, Geothermal Utilization
Geothermal energy can be used efficiently for hot water supply, heating, and bathtubs, to save energy.
Cogeneration
HISAKA heat exchangers are used to recover exhaust heat from engines that generate power. The recovered heat is used for hot water supply, heating/cooling (refrigerators), etc.
