Heat transfer plates

Pack the heat transfer plates into the wooden box provided by HISAKA, and ship it back to Hisaka service center.
Before shipping back the package, please dry the heat transfer plates so that no fluid drips out.
Please take steps to protect and ensure that no fluid, which prohibits drying up (such as oil) will drip out.
Arrange the plate on a flat surface according to the plate arrangement before packing them to prevent damages to the plates

Shipping back small units (J type frames)

For J type frames, since the heat exchangers themselves have a shallow depth, please ship them back by laying on the dedicated skid that was provided when the product was delivered.
Lay the PHE down on the wooden board from the front. Either make sure that the bolts around the nozzle do not touch the ground, or remove them before shipping back the unit.

Shipping back small units (P type frames)

Since P type frames can stand independently, please ship them back standing upright.
For fixing to a truck, use shackles and lever blocks to secure the 4 hoisting holes on the S. frame and the E. frame to the truck, as shown in the illustration. Fix the rear end of the upper guide bar.

Shipping back large units (P type frames)

These models can stand independently, so please ship them back standing upright.
No wooden boards are required. Basically, these units should be loaded on a truck in the same method as small unit P type frames. However, since the E. frame is heavy, it must be supported using a wooden board under the frame. Use shackles and lever blocks to secure the 4 hoisting holes on the S. frame and the E. frame to the truck. Fix the rear end of the upper guide bar.
