drawings and catalogs when using your HISAKA product.
S distance piece gasket | The gasket for non-wetted part of D-plate and E-plate. | |

Semi-welded plate | One of the heat exchangers in the HISAKA lineup This plate is composed of two heat transfer plates welded together. |

Serial number | 6-digit number required to identify the equipment (Letters of the alphabet may be added after the number.)

Slit-in gasket | Installed by inserting a plate gasket into a heat transfer plate, without using adhesive Effective when there is little time to perform maintenance work or when there are restrictions on the use of adhesives. * Adhesive is used for D gaskets, E gaskets, and distance piece gaskets. * Some heat transfer plates do not support slit-in gaskets. |

Small holes | Small holes that are opened in the portholes on heat transfer plates

Small model | Models that are applicable for designs with small flow rates (Examples: RX, LX, UX-10, LX-00) |

Special hole plates | One of the hole opening specifications for heat transfer plates Refers to heat transfer plates other than those that have all portholes open (or all closed)

Splash prevention cover (Protective cover) |
Cover (usually metal) to prevent fluid that is leaking from the heat transfer plates from splashing and to prevent contamination by flying objects in a certain environment It covers the top and both sides of the heat transfer plates while the equipment is operating. |

Sticking accordingly | Selecting plate gaskets that are appropriate for each of the fluids flowing through the B side and A side, and sticking plate gaskets made of different materials to the appropriate location on the heat transfer plates | |
Stopper | Structure or part that fixes one end of a tightening bolt

Stud bolts and nuts | Bolts and nuts that are used to connect piping when using N, TN, and KN nozzles | |

S. frame | Frame that is fastened to the E. frame using tightening bolts to maintain pressure inside the equipment | Click here for details |
